£19,000 - £25,000/annum

My partnered school is seeking a Pastoral Mentor to make a positive impact on the lives of students.

If you have a passion for supporting young people, especially those facing challenges, we want to hear from you!

The Role

  • Working on a 1:1 basis with students
  • Delivering tailored mentoring sessions to address individual needs
  • Providing support to students facing difficulties at home
  • Running occasional workshops for small groups of students addressing personal development, well-being, and resilience.
  • Create holistic support plans for mentored students.
  • Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 3:30PM - Term Time Only
  • Salary based on experience

You

  • An Enhanced DBS check 
  • Previous experience in youth work, mentoring, or a related field, preferably within a school setting.
  • A relevant qualification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by young people
  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of students
