The Role: As a Year 4 Primary Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying a strong foundation for our students' educational journey. You will be responsible for providing a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4, is desirable but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and a passion for delivering high-quality education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn.
