Nursery Deputy Manager - Croydon
Salary up to £33k

Full time - 4 or 5 days
. Our ideal candidate would either work 5 days on shift pattern (43.75 hours) or 4 thru shifts (42 hours). Our shifts are early: 7:15-5:00, middle: 8:15-6:00, late 9:00- 6:45. Thru shifts would be 7:15-6:45. 
These hours could potentially be a little bit flexible for the perfect candidate. 
For two Thursdays of the month we have after work staff meetings. The second Thursday is a Senior Management meeting with Management, Room leaders and Deputy Room Leaders, this is 6:30-7:30. The third Thursday is a whole staff meeting and is form 6:30-8:00. Staff are of course paid for these hours and we have a Krispy Kreme policy – no doughnuts no meeting!
