Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Do you have experience supporting children with Autism in Key Stage 1? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a SEND Teaching Assistant!

Position Details:
Role: SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Kings Heath
Work Schedule: 5 days per week
Support Focus: Key Stage 1 Autism

Key Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated support to students with Autism in Key Stage 1.
Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior support strategies.
Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with SEND.
Collaborate with classroom teachers and other support staff to meet the diverse needs of students.
Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with students with Autism.
Knowledge and understanding of strategies for supporting students with SEND.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Commitment to promoting the well-being and academic success of all students.
