Your Responsibilities and Essential Skills:

🏆 Lead and champion the Maths department, guiding curriculum development and innovative implementation strategies.
🎓 Deliver exceptional teaching to our incredible students aged 14-19, encompassing a spectrum of social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, ADHD, and other behavioral challenges.
🎨 Craft dynamic and interactive lessons that resonate with the diverse learning styles present within our student body.
📈 Nurture student progress through attentive monitoring, offering timely feedback, and personalized support when needed.

🎓 Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a must for this role.
🧮 Extensive background in teaching Mathematics, ideally within a similar SEN setting.
🏋️ Demonstrated leadership prowess coupled with outstanding organizational finesse.
🔄 A flexible mindset, adept at adapting to the unique demands of our students and surmounting any challenges with grace.
