The role is to work on a supply in our primary schools across Northamptonshire and the surrounding areas. Wether you are a seasoned Teacher or a fresh faced Early Careers Teacher we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Delivering Engaging Lessons:
- Conducting pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
- Adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
Creating a Positive Learning Environment: - Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Upholding high standards of behaviour management.
Collaboration: - Working closely with other staff members to ensure effective education delivery.
- Supporting the school’s commitment to student development.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working as a primary teacher.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and engaging with primary-aged pupils.
