I am working for a range of schools in Walsall who are desperately seeking Teaching Assistants to support pupils with behavioural needs, across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting pupils individually to manage specific behavioural problems.
* Interventions to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
* Implement reinforcement techniques to encourage and celebrate improvements in behaviour.

Qualifications / Experience:
* Previous experience within similar roles.
* Strong understanding of behavioural management.
