Role Overview:

👩‍🏫 SEN English Tutor

📍 Location: Edmonton - N9

⏰ Hours: 22.5 hours per week

🗓️ Timetable: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am - 12:30pm - Tuesdays 8:30am - 3pm

👥 Teaching Format: 1:1 and Group Learning (max. 8 students)

Requirements:

✅ Experience in SEN education, particularly in supporting students with Behavioural, SEMH, and ADHD needs

✅ Proficiency in English Literature & Language

✅ Ability to engage and adapt teaching methods for students with diverse learning styles

Responsibilities:

🔍 Assessing individual student needs and designing tailored learning plans

🤝 Building strong rapport with students, fostering a supportive learning environment

📈 Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly

🌟 Inspiring confidence and motivation in students to reach their full potential
