Salary: £31,350 - £47,839 QUALIFIED / UNQUALIFIED: TBC

Responsibilities:

• Delivering dynamic and creative English lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
• Creating engaging curriculum materials and resources that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic growth and personal development.
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the school community.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently enrolled in a teacher training program (PGCE, SCITT, etc.).
• Specialism in English literature or related field.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
