At Aspire Educate, we are currently seeking experienced Full time SEN Teaching Assistants with in the west midlands area. About our Schools:
In our schools, we have students with all kinds of needs like learning challenges, Autism, ADHD, attachment issues, physical disabilities, and mental health concerns. They need a caring and encouraging environment to help them break through societal barriers and receive the best education possible. Our teachers and teaching assistants really put in the effort to customise their teaching styles for each student, empowering them to shine and achieve their very best. This position is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3.00 pm (Yay! No working weekends!)

Here's what you'll be doing:
* Assisting children with tactical activities
* Promote good behaviour.
* Look after the children's physical, social and emotional needs.
* Provide opportunities to develop independence.
Here's what we need:
* At least 3-6 months of experience with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in education or support roles. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
* An open-minded approach and a willingness to learn and explore new ideas.
* Familiarity with strategies to assist students with SEN.
* Availability Monday - Friday from 8:30 - 3.00pm
