Are you a recent Maths Graduate with a passion for education? Do you have a strong mathematical background and a desire to inspire the next generation of mathematicians? Our schools in Chelmsford are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Maths Graduates to join our team immediately.

About the Role:

As a Maths Graduate, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working in a school setting while providing essential support to students and teachers. You will assist with delivering lessons, providing one-to-one support to students, and helping to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. Whether you aspire to become a teacher or are exploring other career paths in education, this role will provide you with valuable skills and experiences to help you achieve your goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers in planning and delivering Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students who require additional assistance with their mathematical skills

- Use your subject knowledge to explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear and accessible way

- Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel confident to engage with Maths

- Collaborate with teachers to assess students' progress and provide feedback on their performance

Requirements:

- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject

- Excellent mathematical skills and a passion for sharing your knowledge with others

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
