Role: Teaching Assistant

Location: Aylesbury

Start date: As soon as possible

Salary: £75 – £90 per day

GSL Education are searching for Teaching Assistants for our client schools in Aylesbury, to undertake placements from as soon as possible. We're searching for candidates who has worked with children individually and in small groups.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work as part of a team of professionals to promote independent learning while also assisting in the creation of a secure learning environment.

To be successful you should:

• Have experience of supporting children or young people.
• Be passionate about the education sector and special educational needs in particular. 
• Be an inspiring educator who can help young people reach their full potential. 
• Be compassionate, hardworking, proactive, and resilient.
• Be committed to the safeguarding and welfare of pupils.
• Be able to adapt and respond quickly and appropriately to different situations.

You must be in possession of an enhanced child only DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
