Key Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:

• Provide tailored assistance to students, staff, and families, fostering positive relationships.
• Collaborate with staff to develop personalized learning plans and pathways, supporting student growth.
• Demonstrate dedication to improving students' lives socially, physically, or academically.
• Show proficiency in offering necessary support to students, including working 1:1 with SEND pupils.
