Samba Sports Coaching are expanding their team and are looking to employ a 'Lead Primary Sports Coach' with the ability to deliver coaching sessions in primary schools in the Chesterfield & Sheffield area.  

Full training and support provided including safeguarding, first aid and planning.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday 10:00am -4:30pm 
• Saturday 9:00am - 11:00am

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To deliver PE lessons and extra-curricular activities (lunch and after school clubs) – football, multi sports, dance, gymnastics. (you do not need to be skilled in all sports)
• To deliver high quality, engaging physical activity lessons which are fun and engaging. 
• To deliver 2-4 year-old toddler multi-sport sessions on a Saturday morning. 
• To provide a safe environment which is accessible to all young people
• Build positive relationships with pupils 
• Administer first aid as appropriate.

Qualifications:

Essential

• Minimum level 2 qualification in sport/education
• Experience working with children
• DBS checked
• A clean full driving license and access to own vehicle

Desirable

• A clean full driving license and access to own vehicle
• Sport related degree
• First aid trained
• Dance qualification
• Multi sports qualification 
• QTS
