About the Role:
GSL Education are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a thriving primary school in Rotherham. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the educational journey of students and support the teaching staff in delivering high-quality learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to teachers during classroom activities and lessons.
- Support students with their learning, including one-to-one and small group sessions.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote student engagement and achievement.
The successful candidate will:
- Have prior experience working in an educational setting, preferably with primary school-aged children.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on young learners.
- Exhibit adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to supporting student needs.
