Primary HLTA

Location: Hull and East Riding

Salary: £70 - £100 per day

About the Role:
GSL Education are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Primary HLTA to join our team in Hull and East Riding. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support teaching and learning across various primary schools, making a positive impact on the educational journey of students.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Provide support to individual students and small groups, including intervention sessions.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment within the classroom.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience working as a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in a primary school setting.
• Hold relevant qualifications and training, including HLTA status.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show a commitment to supporting the academic and personal development of all students.
