The Role:

As a Trainee Teacher, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a successful educator. Under the guidance and supervision of qualified teachers, you will assist with lesson planning, classroom management, and student support, while gradually taking on more responsibilities as you progress in your training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting with the planning and delivery of lessons across different subjects and key stages
- Supporting the implementation of behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to students to help them achieve their academic goals
- Participating in professional development activities and training sessions to enhance your teaching skills
- Collaborating with colleagues to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students

Requirements:

- A passion for education and a desire to make a difference in the lives of young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and take direction from qualified teachers
- Willingness to learn and engage in continuous professional development
- Relevant academic qualifications and/or experience working with children or young people would be advantageous
