£29,946 - £33,590 pro-rata, per annum

22.5 hours per week

Temporary post for 6 months from appointment

Lancaster and Morecambe College are seeking a Training and Development Lead to work alongside the team at Heysham 2 Power Station to fully understand their training needs and identify skills gaps. You will build training courses to meet identified training needs of the station. Your duties will include scheduling training programmes and identifying tutors and specialists to deliver the programme effectively.

Essential qualifications for this role include a Level 3 or above qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. You should have an excellent working knowledge and experience of Electrical/Electronic and Maintenance Engineering and Control and Instrumentation.
