Job Description/Qualifications:

  • Supporting classroom teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Leading small group activities and interventions to support student progress
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs
  • Assisting with classroom management and behavior support
  • Experience working in a primary school setting preferred
  • Minimum of Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for education and commitment to personal and professional development
