Minimum Requirements

  • QTS or QTLS Qualification
  • Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

  • Outstanding classroom practitioner
  • Energy, passion, and drive to raise standards
  • Initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with students with SEMH and additional needs (preferred)
  • Knowledge and understanding of developments in education
