ABC Teachers are looking to recruit enthusiastic Newly Qualified and Trainee Teachers across Coventry and surrounding areas who are seeking to begin or complete the Early Career Framework from September 2024.

About the role

Working for ABC Teachers will give you scope to work on a full time or part time basis, as well as having the option to work on a day to day basis, or in short term and long term positions depending on what suits your circumstances and joining our ECT Pool will give you exclusive access to a variety of ECT roles in your local area.

ABC Teachers work with a range of ‘Good’ and ‘Outstanding’ schools in Coventry and the surrounding areas who will be looking to recruit new staff for September 2024.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Early Career Teacher (ECT) you will:

• Have experience teaching in a primary school setting and be able to provide references for this experience
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of working towards obtaining QTS
• Able to provide to references to cover the last 2 years
• A passion for working with children
• Flexible and adaptable, open to working in a range of different schools in Coventry  and surrounding areas

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

• QTS and recent relevant experience
