We are a leading Recruitment Agency that focuses on Long-term and permanent employment within the education sector. Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Science Teacher to work within a secondary School based in Nuneaton.

The perfect candidate for this role would portray innovation, creativity, and imagination. We are looking for a teacher who can look beyond the classroom and see the wider connections between education, employment, and lifelong learning. Teachers at this academy are passionate advocates for their subjects and an invaluable link between education and industry. All teachers work with a range of industry and university partners to ensure that the students can access a unique set of experiences during their time with the school.

This role would include:

-Planning and delivering general Science lessons

-Understanding of assessment for learning strategies

-Ability to utilise the school’s behaviour policy to maintain a calm classroom

-Ability to apply the science curriculum to real world use cases

Requirements:

-A passion for science and the ability to inspire students

-Excellent communication skills

-Recent and relevant experience through to GCSE (A Level is Desirable)

-Up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum

-QTS in the UK

-Ability to obtain references to your outstanding values
