Your role will include:

• Actively promote the values and ethos of the school in accordance with the teachers and the governors
• To be a member of the School Leadership Team and make a significant contribution to the strategic development and direction of the school.
• To support, hold accountable, develop and lead the team in order to secure high quality teaching, the effective use of resources, and high standards of learning and achievement for all pupils in Foundation Stage.
• Support and develop learning across EYFS so the school is constantly evolving and developing.
• Lead assessments across EYFS to maximise pupil engagement
• Support day to day leadership of the school
