English Teacher/Lecturer

An English Teacher/Lecturer is required for a great college in Newcastle. You will deliver English to KS3 and 4 in this role. This is an ongoing permanent position starting in mid May. We have a requirement for 2.0FTE for Teacher of English with experience of teaching GCSE English. Salary details are £29,899 - £39,310 (+£3,000 MRS). Annual leave is 42 days + bank holidays Benefits would be the same as any other role that you have advertised for Newcastle College. The college is mixed sex and has supportive and friendly staff and managers.
The ideal English Teacher/Lecturer candidate would:
- Have good classroom management skills
- Have a passion for teaching English
- Have excellent subject knowledge
- Be able to organise themselves
- Be able to plan effective, engaging English lessons.
We are keen to hear from both experienced teachers or NQTs.
