This is a cover role for our partner schools in London, should you not be covering on a particular day you will still be paid and assist with operational support.
Full-time Fixed term, 1 year (Term Time Only) 3-5 days a week available, 8.30am-4.30pm
East and Central London at multiple school locations on a Cover basis
Salary: £180 per day depending on experience

The Role…
We are looking ideally for a multi-skilled Teacher who can cover Modern Foreign Languages, Music PE, and Drama.
As a cover teacher, you will represent our company in primary schools and play an important role in maintaining a good working relationship. A strong understanding of how to deliver high-quality engaging lessons with a focus on helping students make progress is essential.
This role will also include operational support.
Strong behaviour and classroom management are also important as you will be working with many different year groups ranging from Reception to Year 6.

What you will be doing …
- Traveling to our schools when required to cover teacher absence.
- Delivering high-quality engaging lessons to year groups from Reception to Y6, based on the planning, resources, and instructions provided by our teacher and following national curriculum
- Managing behaviour to create a positive learning environment
- Communicating with LSC teachers at the end of the day about the teaching and learning you experienced at their schools.
- Clearly, you may not have cover to do every day of the term year, on the days where you are not providing the cover you will be asked to support the Operations Manager working from home or at the office with tasks supporting the schools and teachers we are currently working with in the London Region.
- We will provide detailed lesson plans for each cover from the teachers who would normally be covering the role, details of the resources available at the school and a comprehensive handover document that outlines all you need to know to deliver the day's lesson.
- UK Qualified Teacher Status - QTS
- At least 3 years of experience teaching in primary schools
- Experience teaching different subjects including PE, MFL, music, and drama
- Strong pedagogical understanding of how children learn
