If you possess a deep passion for making a significant impact in the lives of students with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), complex needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and challenging behaviours, seize the exciting opportunity to shine as a dedicated Education Support Worker!

Working in close collaboration with our experienced and compassionate teaching staff, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Implementing personalised education plans.
  • Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Cultivating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic educational approach.

Key requirements for this role include:

  • Genuine passion for working with students with special needs.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the unique needs of each student.
  • Experience in supporting pupils with additional needs.
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional reference checks.
  • CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
