Job Title: Nursery Practitioner (3 - 5 days Per Week)
Our Client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Unqualified or Level 2 or 3 Qualified Nursery practitioner to join their team at a charming Day Nursery located in South West London.
Situated conveniently, the nursery offers easy access to various public transport links. The ideal candidate will be driven to provide exceptional early years education and care, fostering the optimal development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
Thoughtfully observe children's learning and development, meticulously documenting their progress.
Collaborate closely with the management and staff team to cultivate a secure learning environment conducive to children's holistic growth through play.
Uphold the nursery's safeguarding policy with unwavering commitment.
Skilfully plan and execute learning experiences in real-time, aligning them with the EYFS framework.
Craft enabling environments that cater to individual needs, drawing inspiration from the Froebelian approach.
Forge strong, positive relationships with both children and their families, fostering a sense of belonging and trust within the nursery community.
