We have a rare opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Leadership Team, leading a team within one of our spacious Suites to deliver high quality care and learning experiences for children.

Main responsibilities 

  • Ensuring the safeguarding of all children within our nursery
  • To lead a team to implement and maintain high standards for the environment and curriculum offered to children.
  • Liaise with our Leadership Team with regards to tracking groups and identifying next steps for children within the Suite to bridge any gaps in learning.
  • Demonstrate that you are an Enthusiastic Educator and ensure planning is challenging and implemented in a skilful manner. 
  • Ensure all you and all team members adhere to all polices and procedures, resulting in the safe and consistent operation of each day. 
  • Liaise with families regarding the curriculum offered each week in the Suite 

Essential Criteria;

  • A commitment to provide Outstanding Standards.
  • A satisfactory enhanced DBS check which confirms suitability to work with children.
  • Previous experience of leadership in a childcare or educational setting. 
  • A relevant Level 3 qualification 
  • Sound understanding of the EYFS and an ability to fully implement all its’ requirements.
  • A positive growth mindset to enable you to rise to challenges and overcome obstacles.
