We are an innovative company that connects students with inspiring tutors in a wide range of subject areas. Working closely with a large number of local authorities and schools, we provide alternative education for Looked After Children, Unaccompanied Asylum seeking children, children that are Not in Education Employment or Training, those with additional special needs, or those who just need a little extra help to stay on track with their education. 

Job Description:
We are looking for inspirational and motivational professionals to work 1:1 face to face or in small group settings delivering tailored and personalised packages of learning that will help raise attainment and engagement. 

You would be required before, during or after traditional school time hours with a range of availability to take on new learners.

If working for us full part time you may need to travel between students,so should be fit and able to travel  

Minimum requirements:

  • UK recognised teaching qualification
  • at least 2 years' UK teaching experience 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design and implement tailored lesson plans for each learner.
  • To undergo student assessment before during and after sessions have completed 
  • To communicate effectively with students, carers and professionals maintaining accurate records of student progress.
  • To keep the child safe at all times whilst in your care, and to report any incidents on the day
  • To build student confidence and help them to achieve their goals
