A position has become available for an experienced Nursery Manager an independent day nursery in Wandsworth.
This is a perfect opportunity for a creative and driven individual having scope and support to develop and implement your vision and ideas to deliver further success and growth within the nursery setting.
About the position
Your role:
- Overseeing the planning, monitoring, and development of the nursery setting
- Supporting and promoting equality and diversity throughout all areas of practice
- Ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating environment
- Supervising and reviewing staff development and performance
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with external agencies
What you will need:
- A minimum 1 years nursery management experience
- A sound knowledge of the latest Early Years Foundation Stage framework and regulations
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
- An ability to work to deadlines
- Friendly, reliable and flexible approach
