Responsibilities

• Maintaining and managing the school's ICT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely support to staff and students.
• Assisting with the installation and configuration of hardware and software.
• Conducting regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Managing user accounts and permissions, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
• Collaborating with the IT team to implement and support new initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an ICT Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Relevant qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
