Science / Business Studies Teacher

I’m currently working with an Independent Secondary School in the East London who area seeking a Science and/or a Business Studies Teacher to start ASAP until June 2025, this is a term time only and temporary position. There is the opportunity to teach either Science or Business Studies, however, if you are able to teach both Business Studies and Science up to IGCSE then they can be combined to create a fuller timetable. Please see the breack down of the subjects below:
Business Studies Teacher
- This is a part time opportunity teaching IGCSE Level to 3 students on Tuesdays 2-4pm and Thursday 11-1pm.
Science Teacher
- This is also a part time opportunity, teaching IGCSE Level to 4 students on Mondays 10-11am and Wednesday 11-1pm, they also require you to teach Key Stage 3 the Cambridge International Curriculum on Mondays 11-12pm and Wednesdays 2-4pm.
There is a percentage of planning time allocated to each role, but this does not need to be done on site, although planning must be entered onto the school system. You are required to have a DBS on the Update Service to be considered for this position.
